How long will my order take to arrive?
All of our products ship from our warehouses in the US, and depending on the shipping address and the product, it may take 7-10 days to arrive.
How do you ship your products?
We ship our products using FedEx Ground. We're currently shipping to the contiguous United States, with the exception of Massachusetts and Florida, but we're working on it so all our US customers can enjoy our products.
Can I track my order?
Yes, if you need to track your order, simply send us a message and we will send you a tracking number.
What if I want to return an item?
If you are not happy with an item and the item is not faulty, you must return it to us in its original condition (the condition in which it was sold) and original packaging no later than 15 business days from the day the item was received by you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we will issue you with a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
